Send, Receive, Request

Sending a pearl

You can send a pearl to anyone with a shell, in a single tap from the home screen. Type their name, paste their shell address, or pick them from the people you have already gathered. A small network fee is taken from your collection so the system can carry the pearl to them.

Receiving a pearl

Anyone can send a pearl to you, at any time. They will need your shell address, which you can show as a QR code on your screen, send through a SONO Card tap, or share by message. When a pearl arrives, your shell will let you know.

Requesting a pearl

Pearl Shell calls asking for a pearl requesting. You pick the person, name the amount, and add a short note. They receive a quiet notice; they can accept, ignore, or decline. There is no obligation, on either side.

Before anything moves

A deliberate confirmation step stands before any pearl leaves your shell. None of the security is optional theatre — each step has refused a movement that was not meant to happen.

Remember: a pearl can only move after its 30-day settling pause, and sacred pearls do not move at all — they are kept.
