SNOXFEDC Overview

SNOXFEDC is one connected ecosystem — built by Sword Anvil, a startup operating in the UAE and Egypt across technology, agriculture, and trading. Each project supports and completes the others. The idea underneath everything is simple: effort in, owned value out.

The ecosystem's projects:

MercyChain — the heart of the ecosystem, and its digital backbone. A daily ritual: once a day, you read a page and keep one line. That line becomes a pearl — a micro daily note from a real human on a certain date — saved in your shell forever. MercyChain is a twenty-year project, currently invitation-only.

Pearl Shell — your portal to the ecosystem. The app (available on the App Store) that holds your collection of pearls, the people you keep close, and the actions you take: send a pearl, receive one, request one, or pass your shell to someone in front of you.

R2E — Read to Extract — where every pearl is born. Each morning, ten phrases arrive from the books you love and the books you are learning. You choose one. It is kept in your shell — yours to hold, or to give.

SONO Card — a tap of presence. A physical card that carries your shell into the world. When two shells need to find each other in the same room, you tap.

People — your circle, found. A directory that shows which of your contacts already carry a shell, and a quiet way to invite the rest.

Anvil — the UAE's second-hand marketplace, and the portal where the pearls you keep are redeemed. It begins with books, and widens from there.

Hydroponics Mansion — fresh, unprocessed organic food from Egypt. Order with your pearls, or own a mansion yourself: a 60 sqm integrated food production unit, built and operated for you.

PlayGround — share expertise and mentorship, join or run projects, and request funding — powered by your pearls.

Gaming — the sixth project, planned for the future.

How value flows

You read daily and gather pearls through R2E. Every pearl is saved forever on MercyChain. You carry them in Pearl Shell, pass them person-to-person with the SONO Card, and spend them where they matter: redeem on Anvil, order food from Hydroponics Mansion, or back projects on PlayGround.

Nothing is created out of nowhere. A pearl exists only because a person did something that mattered to them — a verse read, a line kept, a meeting between two shells.
